Terms of Service

These terms are the deal between you and Popcorn. By signing in you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Popcorn.

What Popcorn does

Popcorn is an AI assistant for Roblox Studio. You chat with it on our website, and our Studio plugin lets it read and change the place you have open: scripts, instances, UI and settings. It changes your real place, not a copy. Each AI turn is one undo step in Studio, and earlier turns can be restored from the chat, but keep your own backups. You are responsible for reviewing changes before you publish your game.

AI makes mistakes. Code it writes can have bugs or security problems. Test everything.

Your account

• You sign in with Roblox. We never see your Roblox password or cookie.
• One free prompt grant per person. Don't make extra accounts to get more.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Age and paying

You must be 18 or older to buy a plan or top-up, or have a parent or guardian's permission, in which case the parent or guardian is the buyer and is responsible for the purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Prompts, plans and refunds

• A prompt is a unit of AI cost, not a message. Big requests use more than one; each turn shows what it used.
• Monthly plan prompts reset each billing period and don't roll over. Top-up prompts don't expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing page; you keep access until the period ends.
• No refunds on prompts you have used.
• Unused top-ups can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email us from your account.
• Prices can change. We'll tell you before a change affects a plan you're on.

AI providers and the free plan

Your messages and the parts of your place the AI works on are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or providers reached through OpenRouter) to generate answers. On the free plan, requests may go to providers' free tiers, which may use your data to train their models. Don't send anything confidential on the free plan. Paid plans use paid endpoints that don't train on your data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What you can't do

• Use Popcorn to break Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Try to get around prompt limits, billing, or rate limits.
• Attack, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Use it to make anything illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, or designed to harm players.

We can suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, with or without notice. If we close your account for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund unused top-ups.

Your content

Your games and the code Popcorn writes for them are yours. You give us permission to process your content only to run the service.

Deleting your account

Email support@getpopcorn.gg from the Roblox account you signed in with and we'll delete your account and its data.

No warranty

Popcorn is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, lost game progress, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app first.
